\u00a0To all our interns going to Chicago, this post is especially for you! Whenever you get to a new place, people may give you a huge list of places you must visit, where you must eat, and things you must do, so here is my bucket list for Chicago.\"d2\"<\/div>\n

First, be prepared to walk! It is a beautiful city with gorgeous sidewalks and architecture.\u00a0You\u00a0will be amazed by Chicago\u2019s buildings! I recommend you wear comfortable shoes. While you\u2019re walking\u00a0down Michigan Avenue, you will find SO MANY stores filled with designer items: shoes, handbags, lots of delicious restaurants, candy shops, etc.<\/p>\n

Make sure to stop by Garrett\u2019s, a Chicago tradition. You will find the biggest selection of popcorn in town. You can choose from a variety of different flavors, such as macadamia caramel crisp, traditional caramel crisp, buttery, almond caramel, cashew caramel crisp, among others. The traditional flavor is the Garrett’s Mix! It combines sweet caramel crisp with cheesy popcorn… it might sound strange, but I promise you, it\u2019s del\"d3\"icious!<\/p>\n

Now, another Chicago tradition you MUST try is Deep Dish Pizza. My favorite place was Giordano\u2019s, but you can find this extraordinary pizza in several\u00a0restaurants, and they are located all over the city. When I went, I ordered Meat & More Meat, which has pepperoni, sausage, salami, and\u00a0bacon, but there are many options to choose from (vegetarian options, too!).<\/p>\n

Although I loved deep dish pizza, my favorite restaurant in Chicago was The Purple Pig by far. You can\u2019t leave the city without visiting this place! It might be a little bit pricey and the wait is never short, but I promise it\u2019s totally worth it! The menu offers many sophisticated dishes that maybe won\u2019t sound as good as they taste, but\"d4\" be open to try everything you can! The best idea is to share dishes with friends\/family to be able to taste as many dishes as you can. You won\u2019t regret the long line (I waited 40 minutes to get a table!) or the prices.<\/p>\n

Finally, you also have many options for attractions, such\u00a0as Shedd Aquarium, John Hancock Center, Skydeck, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Art Institute, Cloud Gate, among others! Chicago has gorgeous places you can\u2019t miss while you\u2019re doing your internship over there.<\/p>\n

I hope you come to love Chicago as much as I do!!<\/p>\n
