My name is Ale Sánchez, I’m a National Recruitment and University Relations in Worldwide Internships. My main activity is to give informative sessions to current students and recent graduates to live an international experience. Doing an internship abroad is a lifetime experience that enhances no only your professional career but your personal development.
Students can’t even imagine how it is to live not just in a foreign city, but in another country and sometimes in a different continent. They learned new things and enjoying cultural differences while gaining invaluable career experience.
I did my first internship in Australia, I planned to stay there for a year and I ended up staying for 3 years!
After 3 years and back in my home country, I can experience all the benefits of doing an internship abroad.

- Try to understand all the different accents of the people around you
- Pronounce properly the meal you want for dinner and the most important.
- Start your internships in a multicultural environment.
- It is up to you how many personal and work experience you want to get, you have to keep your mind open and embrace what it is in front of you experience the new flavor, new smells, new ways of thinking!
- Don’t be afraid to ask things, your team and superiors know that you are there to learn about the industry and develop your skills.
- Experience every situation at work, any trouble, difficulty, challenge or accomplishment.
- Experience: Living in a new country while doing an internship, what more experience could you ask for? This is really a life changing experience where you will learn new things every day.
