Worldwide Travel wishes 2017
2016 has been a great year, not just professionally but personally, why is that? I got to travel of course!
Travel is more than just a holiday vacation. For me, travel has been the escape, introspection, and work experience. It has been a catalyst for my personal growth and development. Netherlands took my mind off of the fact that my broken knee kept me off of the national basketball team that I had been working years to get to. It was in Austria where I found what I wanted to do with my life. New York City is where I was able to take what I learned in university and directly apply it.
2016 has been a great year, I have been working in China, and partying with the Professional Interns, visiting partners in Thailand and also the beaches, meeting with universities around Mexico, getting to know amazing people, overall an awesome year!
Get lost!
Get lost and talk to people, make Friends, walk into new places. On my first day in Bangkok I got lost, as usual, and I walked into a street art painting that looked awfully familiar. It turned out it was one I had seen on Instagram a couple of months before. I had no idea where it was or that I would see it in person, I just thought it was cool and took a screenshot. Who would imagine i would ever run into it? So get lost, open your eyes to the world, take the good parts with the bad and experience life.
