When I first heard about the opportunity to do a culinary internship in the Emirates, I knew it was something I had to do. As someone who loves food and wants to pursue a career in the culinary industry, I was eager to learn about a new culture and cuisine while gaining professional experience.
From the moment I arrived in the Emirates, I was struck by the vibrant culture and welcoming people. My internship program provided me with the opportunity to work in a local restaurant, where I had the chance to work with some of the best chefs in the region.

One of the things I loved most about my internship was how much I was able to learn about the local cuisine. The Emirates has a rich culinary tradition, with dishes that are influenced by Indian, Persian, and Arabic cuisine. Working in a local restaurant allowed me to learn about these different cuisines, try new ingredients, and gain hands-on experience preparing and cooking local dishes.

In addition to the culinary experience, my internship also provided me with valuable professional skills that I know will serve me well in my future career. I learned about the importance of time management, working under pressure, and collaborating with a team. These skills are essential in any kitchen, and I know they will help me succeed in the culinary industry.

Beyond the professional and culinary experience, my time in the Emirates was also a chance to explore a new culture and make new friends. I had the opportunity to travel and visit local landmarks and attractions, and I met people from all over the world who were also doing internships in the Emirates. These experiences helped me to broaden my perspective and gain a better understanding of different cultures and ways of life.
