GOLDEN RULES

1. I will prepare for my interviews, if I miss one, my process will begin from week 1.
2. I am open to be placed in two positions.
3. I am flexible in terms of specific location within my destination.
4. I am open to be placed in a second destination in case an establishment has not accepted my profile by week 8.
5. I understand that if I reject an offer, my process will begin from week 1.
6. I will read all the documents provided by the agency in detail.
7. I agree to respond in Podio within a maximum period of 48 hours.
8. In order to keep my process on time, I will make my Placement Fee payment within 48 hours.

PARTIES

A.- THE AGENCY: with commercial name Worldwide – INREPLA GROUP MÉXICO S.A. de C.V., is a corporation with variable capital, which has a Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) WGM170529BV7, which from now on will be called “THE AGENCY”, which specializes in accommodating candidates in various vacancies requested in companies abroad. B.- THE CANDIDATE: may be a student or graduate who is in search of a professional practice within a company abroad and who commits to the terms and conditions set forth herein. C.- THE COMPANY: refers to the organization, company, business and/or institution that has an agreement with “THE AGENCY” where the candidate may have the opportunity to perform some professional practice of interest, it is important to mention that THE COMPANY is foreign to “THE AGENCY”, consequently THE CANDIDATE must respond at all times to the regulations or indications that THE COMPANY establishes. D.- THE PROGRAM: It refers to all the processes, documentation, procedures related and required by the candidate to successfully complete some professional practice in “THE COMPANY” in which you are applying to.

THE CANDIDATE agrees

1. That all the information provided for the registration to the program and visa process is true and there is no intent or bad faith in the delivery thereof. It is also established that any falsification in the documents and information provided by THE CANDIDATE will result in automatic cancellation of the process, without any responsibility for THE AGENCY.
2. To comply with all the necessary documents needed for the visa process of the chosen destination, failure to do so may lead to cancelation of the process with no option for a refund
3. That failure to attend any of the interviews that will be carried out during the placement process is considered a breach of THE PROGRAM; as such, THE PROGRAM will be terminated without option to reimbursement under the expenses incurred for the start of the process, and releases THE AGENCY from any responsibility.
4. THE CANDIDATE will have 48 hours to accept or rejection an offer. If an offer is rejected, placement process will begin from week 1.
5. Candidates are entitled to reject up to 2 offers. If a second offer is rejected which includes the guarantees of that program, there will be no option for a refund.
6. The CANDIDATE will make the payment of placement fee within a maximum of 10 calendar days after the offer has been issued by THE AGENCY. If the payment is not made in time, THE COMPANY has the right to cancel THE PROGRAM, without any responsibility.
7. To follow the internal regulations of THE COMPANY, which will be provided by THE COMPANY for the purposes of full compliance for the duration of THE PROGRAM.
8. The compensation(s) that will be delivered will depend directly on THE COMPANY and will not be part of THE PROGRAM to which it is registered.
9. THE COMPANY will have the right to terminate the internship period in case THE CANDIDATE has an unsatisfactory performance. Likewise, there will be a single warning call from THE COMPANY; the above is totally foreign to THE AGENCY.
10. It is strictly prohibited for THE CANDIDATE to leave THE COMPANY without first notifying THE AGENCY at least 10 calendar days in advance.
11. The approval and delivery of the visa will depend entirely on the embassy. Visa approval is not guaranteed by THE AGENCY, so in case of not receiving it THE AGENCY will not be responsible.
12. THE CANDIDATE is responsible for buying a round-trip flight ticket before leaving the country of origin (except with the programs applicable in the United States and programs lasting 12 months).
13. It is an absolute necessity to purchase medical expenses insurance (except for programs in the United States).
14. That THE CANDIDATE must wait to purchase the flight and/or accommodation until the approved visa is delivered, and the arrival dates have been confirmed by THE AGENCY. In case THE CANDIDATE purchases the flights and for some reason does not go ahead with THE PROGRAM or if the established dates are subject to change foreign to THE AGENCY, this will release THE AGENCY from any responsibility.
15. That their experience, photographs, and videos during THE PROGRAM can be used by THE AGENCY in order to carry out advertising and marketing with THE COMPANY.
16. To gather all required and necessary documents in the time mentioned by THE AGENCY and to comply with the specifications given by it.

THE AGENCY agrees

1. To place THE CANDIDATE in one of the first two vacancy options that have been of interest.
2. For the Hospitality programs, THE CANDIDATE will be placed in 4/5 star hotels, as well as in recognized restaurants.
3. A 12-week “Placement Guarantee” will be offered which applies to all destinations which will be from the start of placement.
4. To place THE CANDIDATE in one of the companies that are legally established in their country of destination under the Terms and Conditions established.
5. To support THE CANDIDATE during the enrollment process to the program, placement in any mentioned company, the visa process and the arrival in the country of placement. In case for reasons beyond THE AGENCY the necessary visas are not granted THE CANDIDATE frees THE AGENCY from any responsibility.
6. To provide THE CANDIDATE with all the information and documents necessary for the visa application and acceptance process.
7. To coordinate all those documents that are necessary for the relationship between THE CANDIDATE and THE COMPANY.

Payment policies and payment terms

If the visa denial is given, THE CANDIDATE must apply a second time. Likewise, and in case of being rejected again, THE CANDIDATE may be placed in its second request destination, as long as it meets the eligibility requirements, the following refund policies will apply:

1. The percentage of refunds will be based on the amount of placement (which does not include the registration fee).
2. The registration fee will be refundable only if THE AGENCY does not comply with a “Placement Guarantee”.
3. No refund will apply under any circumstances once THE CANDIDATE starts their internship program.
4. THE CANDIDATE must submit in writing the document proving the visa refusal within 30 days after the resolution. For applicable programs in the US, all forms must be sent to the sponsor within a maximum period of 7 days after the rejection, THE CANDIDATE will cover the shipping cost.
5. All refunds will be subject to a 5% bank commission charge and $25.00 (Twenty-five USD) in international transactions (which are non-refundable).
6. This agreement ends once THE CANDIDATE has initiated THE PROGRAM within the assigned COMPANY and being placed.At this point, THE AGENCY will not assume any legal responsibility, for the costs, losses or damages of any type of claim coming from THE CANIDATE and/or THE COMPANY.Having read this in all its contents, I accept the Terms and Conditions established in this document, so I unconditionally oblige myself to its fulfillment and I accept the obligations that derive from its breach.
